Bad Schandau
Bad Schandau is located in the south of Germany, not far from the border with the Czech Republic. The town has a beautiful location on the banks of the Elbe and has a long tradition as a health resort and holiday destination. This region is known as 'Saxon Switzerland', a vast nature reserve and National Park with forests, mountains, gorges and rivers. You can hike, cycle and rock climb there, but you can also enjoy the hot spring baths, castles and historic towns.
