Salzburg
Salzburg is one of the largest cities in Austria and is located close to the border with the south of Germany. The beautifully preserved historic city center is included in its entirety on the UNESCO list of protected World Heritage sites. Culturally, Salzburg is best known as the birthplace of the world-famous composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. To this day you can still visit his birthplace, as well as the Mozart Wohnhaus, a separate museum dedicated to his life and work.
